A SUDDEN GUST OF WIND COULD DROP VISIBILITY TO NEAR ZERO  
INSTANTLY. TRAVEL WILL BE DIFFICULT, ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE  
VEHICLES LIKE CAMPERS, VANS, AND TRACTOR TRAILERS. DAMAGING WINDS  
MAY TOPPLE A FEW TREES AND POSSIBLY KNOCK OUT SOME POWER LINES.  
DAMAGE TO WEAKER STRUCTURES IS ALSO POSSIBLE. AVIATION INTERESTS  
MAY EXPERIENCE LOCALIZED BUT EXTREME TURBULENCE, OR STRONG

SAND ON THE ROADWAY OR SEE IT APPROACHING, PULL OFF THE ROAD AS FAR
