NORTHWEST WIND GUSTS OF 45 TO 50 MPH ARE EXPECTED THROUGH THE DAY  
TODAY. DRIVING MAY BE DIFFICULT FOR LIGHT-WEIGHT AND HIGH PROFILE  
VEHICLES. UNSECURED OUTDOOR ITEMS WILL BE BLOWN AROUND. THESE  
STRONG WINDS COMBINED WITH LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL ALSO SET  
THE STAGE FOR EXTREME FIRE DANGER TODAY. WINDS AND FIRE DANGER
