NORTHWEST WIND GUSTS OF 45 TO 50 MPH ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE  
INTO THE EVENING. DRIVING MAY BE DIFFICULT FOR LIGHT- WEIGHT AND  
HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. UNSECURED OUTDOOR ITEMS WILL BE BLOWN  
AROUND. THESE STRONG WINDS COMBINED WITH LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITIES  
HAS ALSO SET THE STAGE FOR EXTREME FIRE DANGER THIS  
AFTERNOON/EVENING. WINDS AND FIRE DANGER WILL TAPER OFF BY
