WAS LOCATED 7 MILES EAST OF STRINGTOWN, MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.

SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION.  
 
IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
