NORTHWEST UNTIL MID-AFTERNOON WHEN A SHIFT TO THE SOUTH IS  
ANTICIPATED. WIND SPEEDS WILL REMAIN MAINLY AT OR BELOW 10KTS.  
MODEST RH RECOVERY OVERNIGHT WITH HUMIDITY LEVELS DROPPING TO  
AROUND 25% THIS AFTERNOON. A FEW HIGH CLOUDS EXPECTED THIS MORNING  
WITH A GENERAL INCREASE IN CLOUDS DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS. COLD  
START TO THE DAY WITH TEMPERATURES RISING TO THE LOWER 40S AT
