NORTHERN WEST VIRGINIA.  
   
DAY ONE  
THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.  
 
HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.  
   
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN  
TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.  
 
A COLD FRONT WILL APPROACH THE OHIO VALLEY WEDNESDAY NIGHT, AND COULD  
STALL IN OR NEAR THE REGION INTO THE WEEKEND. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS  
ARE POSSIBLE BOTH WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY. DAMAGING WIND WILL BE THE  
PRIMARY THREAT, ALTHOUGH HAIL AND A TORNADO OR TWO CANNOT BE RULED  
OUT.  
 
THE STALLED FRONT WILL ALSO PROVIDE A THREAT OF HEAVY RAINFALL FROM  
WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THE UPCOMING WEEKEND, WITH SMALL-STREAM FLASH  
FLOODING AND MAINSTEM RIVER RISES/FLOODING BOTH POSSIBILITIES. A  
FLOOD WATCH WILL LIKELY BE NEEDED WITH FUTURE FORECAST UPDATES.
