THROUGH TONIGHT. WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS WILL BE STRONGEST NEAR  
RIDGELINES, WITH SPEEDS OF 10-20 MPH THROUGH THE EVENING. WINDS IN  
THE CANYON WILL BE LIGHTER, LIKELY MORE VARIABLE, BUT TEND TO BE  
UPCANYON DURING THE DAY AND DOWN CANYON AT NIGHT. PRECIPITATION  
WILL BECOME LIKELY LATER WEDNESDAY MORNING, WITH RAIN AND SNOW IN THE  
AREA MUCH OF THE DAY. RIDGELINE WINDS WEDNESDAY WILL BE A BIT LIGHTER,  
FOR WEDNESDAY, BUT EXPECT LOW CLOUDS AND PRECIPITATION.
