TEMPERATURES RUNNING BELOW NORMAL THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK,  
GENERALLY LIMITING FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS FOR THE REMAINDER OF  
THE WEEK. WHILE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO TREND  
DOWN IN TERMS OF AREAL COVERAGE ON THURSDAY AND FRIDAY, THEY WILL  
STILL GENERALLY BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING HEAVY RAINFALL AND SOME  
ERRATIC AND GUSTY OUTFLOW WINDS, ALTHOUGH OUTFLOW WINDS WILL  
LIKELY REMAIN BELOW 40 MPH GIVEN THE MOISTURE IN THE LOW LEVELS.
