OF THE SOUTH-SOUTHEAST. WINDS WILL BEGIN TO INCREASE TO CAUTIONARY  
LEVELS THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING COLD  
FRONT. SOME ADVISORY-LEVEL WINDS ARE POSSIBLE, ESPECIALLY IN THE  
WESTERN OFFSHORE WATERS. SEAS WILL BUILD TO 3 TO 6 FEET FRIDAY.  
SHOWERS AND FEW STORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE, BUT WILL DECREASE IN  
COVERAGE AND INTENSITY OVER THE EASTERN WATERS FRIDAY NIGHT. THEN  
BEHIND THE FRONT, WINDS WILL BECOME NORTHERLY AND DIMINISH
