CLOUDS AND LINGERING RAIN SHOWERS KEPT THE TEMPERATURES COOLER  
TODAY ACROSS MUCH OF NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS.  
HIGH TEMPERATURES RANGED FROM 81 AT MIAMI TO 85 AT TULSA AND  
FAYETTEVILLE TO 93 AT FORT SMITH AND HUGO.  
 
THIS EVENING SKIES WERE PARTLY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY WITH TEMPERATURES  
COOLING INTO THE LOW TO MID 80S AS OF MID EVENING WITH UPPER 80S  
ACROSS SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA INTO WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS. THERE HAVE  
BEEN ISOLATED SHOWERS AND EVEN A FEW THUNDERSTORMS, MAINLY ACROSS  
WESTERN PORTIONS OF ARKANSAS. THESE STORMS WILL DISSIPATE WITH THE  
LOSS OF DAYTIME HEATING.  
 
THERE CONTINUES TO BE A CHANCE FOR SHOWERS AND STORMS OVERNIGHT,  
AS AN UPPER STORM SYSTEM MOVES ACROSS THE REGION. LOWS WILL RANGE  
FROM THE UPPER 60S TO MID 70S NEAR THE RED RIVER. THE HEAT AND  
HUMIDITY WILL BUILD ON TUESDAY WITH STRONG SOUTH WINDS AND HIGHS  
IN THE LOWER TO MID 90S.
