A BAND OF LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW OVER EAST-CENTRAL OKLAHOMA LATE  
THIS AFTERNOON WILL SWEEP EAST AND SOUTHEAST INTO WEST-CENTRAL  
ARKANSAS THRU THIS EVENING. LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF LESS THAN  
A HALF INCH ARE EXPECTED MOST PLACES, WITH SOME LOCALLY HIGHER  
HALF INCH TO ONE INCH AMOUNTS IN THE TERRAIN. ROADWAY IMPACTS ARE  
NOT EXPECTED.  
 
NORTH WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO GUST 25 TO 35 MILES AN HOUR AT  
TIMES THROUGH THIS EVENING. WIND CHILL VALUES IN THE UPPER  
TEENS AND 20S THIS AFTERNOON WILL FALL INTO THE SINGLE DIGITS  
TO AROUND ZERO OVERNIGHT TONIGHT.

AND WEST OF A TULSA TO HUGO LINE LATE MONDAY AND MONDAY NIGHT,
