BELOW ZERO ACROSS PARTS OF FAR NORTHWEST ARKANSAS AND NORTHEAST  
OKLAHOMA. THE STRONG WINDS WILL ALSO RESULT IN A LIMITED FIRE  
WEATHER DANGER TODAY DESPITE THE VERY COLD TEMPERATURES. THE  
WINDS WILL BEGIN TO SLOWLY DIMINISH LATER THIS AFTERNOON.
