WITH THE BEST CHANCE FOR MEASUREABLE RAIN IN THE MOUNTAINS OF WEST  
VIRGINIA. ELSEWHERE, CONDITIONS WILL REMAIN DRY. AN INCREASINGLY  
DRY AIRMASS WILL SPREAD SOUTHEASTWARD ACROSS THE REGION THIS  
AFTERNOON, STALLING SOUTH AND EAST OF PITTSBURGH BY EVENING. RH  
VALUES IN THE DRIER AIR WILL DIP INTO THE LOW TO MID 30S. WINDS OF  
10 TO 15 MPH ARE EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON.  
 
HUMIDITY LEVELS WILL INCREASE OVERNIGHT AND REMAIN GENERALLY IN  
THE 40S AND 50S ON THURSDAY. A BETTER CHANCE FOR WIDESPREAD
