PANHANDLES.  
   
DAY ONE
 
THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.  
 
ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE WESTERN  
OKLAHOMA AND THE EXTREME NORTHWESTERN TEXAS PANHANDLES THIS EVENING,  
MAINLY DUE TO INCREASED SOUTHWESTERLY 20 FOOT WINDS AROUND 20 MPH  
WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH ALONG WITH MINIMUM AFTERNOON RELATIVE  
HUMIDITIES OF 25 TO 30 PERCENT.  
   
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
 
TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.  
 
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER PORTIONS OF THE TEXAS AND  
OKLAHOMA PANHANDLES THURSDAY THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING. A STRONG TO  
POSSIBLY SEVERE STORM CAN'T BE COMPLETELY RULED OUT AT THIS TIME.
