SOUTHEASTERN TULSA COUNTY...  
 
AT 1052 AM CDT, DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT THE HEAVY RAINS HAVE  
ENDED OVER TULSA COUNTY. HOWEVER, HIGH WATERS REMAIN IN SPOTS WITH  
SOME REPORTS OF FLOODING CONTINUING.  
 
THIS INCLUDES INTERSTATE 44 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 220 AND 232.  
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...  
 
TURN AROUND, DON'T DROWN WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED ROADS. MOST FLOOD  
DEATHS OCCUR IN VEHICLES.  
 
EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL  
CREEKS AND STREAMS, URBAN AREAS, HIGHWAYS, STREETS AND UNDERPASSES AS  
WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.
