DISCUSSION
 
 
TEMPERATURES WILL BE FROM 10 TO 20 DEGREES COOLER THAN YESTERDAY.  
BECAUSE OF THE COOLER WEATHER, THE MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL  
REMAIN ABOVE 40 PERCENT THIS AFTERNOON. HIGH PRESSURE WILL MOVE  
FROM EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA INTO MINNESOTA AND IOWA BY THIS EVENING.  
THIS WILL RESULT IN LIGHT WINDS EAST OF THE JAMES RIVER. OVER  
SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA, WINDS WILL BECOME SOUTHEASTERLY AND  
SLOWLY INCREASE TO AROUND 10 MPH THIS AFTERNOON.  
 
CLOUDS WILL INCREASE ON WEDNESDAY WITH RAIN EXPECTED BY WEDNESDAY  
EVENING WEST OF I-29. THE RAIN WILL MOVE INTO MINNESOTA AND IOWA  
OVERNIGHT. RAINFALL WILL RANGE WILL BE UP TO A QUARTER INCH WITH  
THE HIGHEST RAINFALL AMOUNTS EXPECTED FROM FAR SOUTHEASTERN SOUTH  
DAKOTA INTO SOUTHWESTERN MINNESOTA. LOOKING AHEAD, TEMPERATURES  
WILL WARM BACK TOWARD 60 BY THE END OF THE WEEK. THE WEEKEND LOOKS  
COOLER WITH HIGH COOLING INTO THE UPPER 40S TO MID 50S.

FOR A FIRE OCCURRENCE. DO NOT LEAVE OUTDOOR FIRES UNATTENDED  
UNDER THESE CONDITIONS.
