DISCUSSION
 
DRY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED AGAIN TODAY AS  
TEMPERATURES CONTINUE TO WARM. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES  
WILL DROP BELOW 50 PERCENT THIS AFTERNOON IN PORTIONS OF THE  
BLACK HILLS AND FOOTHILLS, WHERE TEMPERATURES WILL BE THE HIGHEST.  
WEST TO SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 10-20 MPH THIS  
AFTERNOON, WITH SOME HIGHER GUSTS ANTICIPATED.  
 
SLIGHTLY WARMER AND DRIER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ON FRIDAY ACROSS  
THE BLACK HILLS AND FOOTHILLS BEFORE A COLD FRONT CROSSES THE  
AREA LATE FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY.

INDICATE THAT THE PROBABILITY OF A FIRE OCCURRENCE IS LOW.  
OUTDOOR BURNING UNDER THESE CONDITIONS CAN USUALLY BE PERFORMED  
WITH REASONABLE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS.
