BREEZY CONDITIONS WILL INCREASE THE GRASSLAND FIRE  
DANGER TODAY ACROSS MUCH OF WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA, ESPECIALLY FAR  
NORTHWEST SOUTH DAKOTA WHERE EXTREME FIRE DANGER IS EXPECTED.  
LOOK FOR PARTLY TO MOSTLY SUNNY CONDITIONS TODAY WITH HIGHS IN  
THE UPPER 50 TO LOWER 70S. BREEZY WESTERLY WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH  
WILL DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON, STRONGEST OVER NORTHWEST SOUTH DAKOTA  
WHERE WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 50 MPH ARE EXPECTED.  
MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL RANGE FROM 40 TO 50 PERCENT TOWARD  
CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA, WITH 15 TO 25 PERCENT OVER FAR WESTERN  
SOUTH DAKOTA, LOWEST IN THE EASTERN BLACK HILLS FOOTHILLS.
