SKIES WILL BE MOSTLY SUNNY TODAY WITH HIGH  
TEMPERATURES IN THE 90S TO AROUND 100 DEGREES. LATE DAY  
THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE, MAINLY FROM NORTHWEST TO PARTS OF  
SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA. WINDS WILL BE SOUTH TO  
SOUTHEAST AT 5 TO 15 MPH IN THE MORNING, BECOMING SOUTH TO  
SOUTHWEST AT 10 TO 20 MPH IN THE AFTERNOON. MINIMUM RELATIVE  
HUMIDITIES WILL RANGE FROM 10 TO 15 PERCENT OVER FAR SOUTHWEST  
SOUTH DAKOTA TO 30 TO 50 PERCENT OVER SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA.

OCCURRENCE. OUTDOOR BURNING SHOULD BE RESTRICTED TO EARLY MORNING  
OR EVENING HOURS WHEN WIND SPEEDS ARE USUALLY LOWER AND THE  
RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS HIGHER.
