AREAS OF DENSE FREEZING FOG ARE NOW EXPECTED TO PERSIST OVER THE  
SOUTH DAKOTA FOOTHILLS AND ADJACENT PLAINS THROUGH THE MORNING AND  
INTO THE AFTERNOON. VISIBILITIES DOWN TO A FEW HUNDRED FEET CAN BE  
EXPECTED IN THE DENSEST FOG. MOTORISTS SHOULD EXPECT RAPIDLY  
CHANGING VISIBILITIES. SLOW DOWN AND USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS IF  
DENSE FOG IS ENCOUNTERED. ROADS MAY ALSO BE SLICK AS THE FOG  
FREEZES TO SURFACES. FOG MAY PERSIST INTO THIS EVENING AND
