GUSTY WINDS AND LIGHT FALLING SNOW WILL RESULT IN BLOWING SNOW  
THIS MORNING INTO EARLY THIS AFTERNOON, CREATING REDUCED  
VISIBILITIES AND HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS AT TIMES. WINDS OF  
25 TO 35 MPH, WITH GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE FOR AT  
LEAST A BRIEF PERIOD OF TIME BEHIND THE COLD FRONT. LESS THAN AN  
INCH OF SNOW ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED. CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE  
FROM NORTH TO SOUTH THIS AFTERNOON.
