NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MEMPHIS TN
300 AM CDT TUE MAY 26 2020

AN UNSETTLED WEATHER PATTERN WILL PERSIST ACROSS THE MID-SOUTH
THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE WORK WEEK. THIS WILL BRING AN
OPPORTUNITY FOR DAILY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO THE REGION,
WITH THE GREATEST RAIN CHANCES GENERALLY DURING THE AFTERNOON AND
EVENING HOURS. TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO TAKE A STEP BACK BY
MIDWEEK WITH HIGHS NEAR 80 DEGREES AND LOWS IN THE MID TO UPPER
60S.

A PATTERN CHANGE IS EXPECTED BY THE WEEKEND AS AN UPPER-LEVEL
RIDGE BEGINS TO BUILD OVER THE PLAINS, EVENTUALLY BUILDING NEXT
WEEK. GENERALLY DRY WEATHER IS EXPECTED LATE SATURDAY INTO EARLY
NEXT WEEK WITH HIGH TEMPERATURES CLIMBING BACK INTO THE MID TO
UPPER 80S.
