THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH AND CENTRAL TEXAS.  
   
DAY ONE
 
TODAY AND TONIGHT.  
 
NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.  
   
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
 
THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.  
 
ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL RETURN TO AREAS GENERALLY  
ALONG AND SOUTHEAST OF A COOPER, TO DALLAS, TO LAMPASAS LINE ON  
THURSDAY. THOUGH WIDESPREAD SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED, STRONGER  
STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND HAIL.  
 
A BRIEF LULL IN THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED LATER THURSDAY  
AFTERNOON AND THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS. THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL  
INCREASE ONCE AGAIN BEFORE DAWN FRIDAY AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE DAY.  
STRONGER STORMS WITH HAIL AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING WILL BE POSSIBLE  
FRIDAY, WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR GUSTY DOWNBURST WINDS ACROSS AREAS  
SOUTHEAST OF A LINE FROM ATHENS TO TEMPLE DURING THE AFTERNOON.  
WIDESPREAD SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED.  
 
THE HIGHEST RISK FOR SEVERE WEATHER WILL ARRIVE FRIDAY NIGHT AND  
CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY SATURDAY AFTERNOON AS A STRONG UPPER LEVEL  
DISTURBANCE AND SURFACE DRYLINE MOVE EAST ACROSS THE REGION. DUE TO  
THE TIME OF DAY AND UNCERTAINTY REGARDING INSTABILITY, DETAILS ON THE  
SEVERE WEATHER THREAT REMAIN UNCLEAR, BUT THE AREA MOST LIKELY TO BE  
IMPACTED APPEARS TO BE ALONG AND EAST OF INTERSTATE 35.  
 
WINDY AND DRY CONDITIONS WEST OF INTERSTATE 35 SATURDAY AFTERNOON  
WILL LIKELY RESULT AN ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER THREAT.
