ABNORMALLY HIGH HEAT CONTINUES TODAY AND A HEAT ADVISORY IS IN  
EFFECT FROM 9 AM THROUGH 7 PM. BE PROACTIVE IN TAKING PRECAUTIONS  
AGAINST THE SUMMER HEAT. IT IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT TO ENSURE  
PARKED CARS ARE EMPTY, AS THEY CAN BECOME LETHALLY HOT TO PEOPLE  
AND PETS IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME.
