THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST NEW  
MEXICO, SOUTHWEST TEXAS, AND WESTERN TEXAS.  
   
DAY ONE
 
TODAY AND TONIGHT  
 
THUNDERSTORM CHANCES BEGIN TO RAMP UP TODAY, WITH HEAVY RAINFALL AND  
LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING THE PRIMARY CONCERNS. THROUGH THIS  
AFTERNOON THE AREA OF GREATEST CONCERN IS SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO, WITH  
HEAVY RAINFALL THEN SPREADING ACROSS THE TRANS PECOS AND PERMIAN  
BASIN TONIGHT. HEAVY RAIN COULD ACCOMPANY ANY SHOWER OR STORM, AND  
QUICKLY RESULT IN FLOODING CONCERNS.  
   
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
 
FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY  
 
SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL REMAIN ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA  
FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. THE PRIMARY CONCERN WILL BE HEAVY RAINFALL,  
WHICH COULD LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING, ESPECIALLY ACROSS THE PERMIAN  
BASIN FRIDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT.  
 
STRONG GAP WINDS WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH GUADALUPE PASS FRIDAY NIGHT  
AND SATURDAY MORNING.
