WESTERN...CENTRAL...AND SOUTHERN OKLAHOMA...AND WESTERN NORTH  
TEXAS.  
   
DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT
 
 
   
HEAT
 
 
HEAT INDEX VALUES RANGING FROM NEAR 100 TO AS HIGH AS 110 DEGREES  
ARE EXPECTED THURSDAY AFTERNOON.  
   
THUNDERSTORMS
 
 
ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED BY MID-AFTERNOON  
AND WILL PERSIST INTO THE EVENING. DURING THIS TIME PERIOD, A FEW  
SEVERE STORMS ARE POSSIBLE WITH DAMAGING WIND GUSTS UP TO 70 MPH  
BEING THE PRIMARY THREAT. LARGE HAIL UP TO QUARTER SIZE IS ALSO  
POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGEST STORMS. THE GREATEST COVERAGE OF  
STORMS WILL BE ACROSS NORTHERN AND CENTRAL OKLAHOMA. THUNDERSTORMS  
WILL WEAKEN AND DECREASE LATER IN THE NIGHT.
