GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS WILL PREVAIL OVERNIGHT, WITH GUSTS  
OF 20 TO 30 MPH EXPECTED TO PERSIST THROUGH MOST OF THE  
DAY ON TUESDAY. A SIGNIFICANT WINTER STORM WILL IMPACT THE  
AREA OVERNIGHT AND INTO TUESDAY AFTERNOON. MOST OF THE AREA  
CAN EXPECT TO SEE SEVERAL INCHES OF SNOW IN ADDITION TO
