* WIND: NORTH AT 15 TO 25 MPH.  
 
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY: AS LOW AS 25 TO 35 PERCENT COAST TO 18  
PERCENT EASTERN BRUSH COUNTRY.  
 
* FUEL DRYNESS: FUEL DRYNESS WAS DRY OVER THE EASTERN BRUSH  
COUNTRY TO NORMAL OVER THE COASTAL BEND AND VICTORIA CROSSROADS.

DO NOT TOSS CIGARETTE BUTTS ON THE GROUND. REPORT WILDFIRES
