EXCELLENT HUMIDITY RECOVERY HAS BEEN OBSERVED OVER THE BURN SITE  
THIS MORNING AS NORTHERLY 20 FOOT WINDS CONTINUE TO KEEP TEMPERATURES  
BELOW NORMAL. WE WILL CONTINUE TO SEE NORTHERLY WINDS AND COOL  
TEMPERATURES TODAY AS HIGHS STRUGGLE TO REACH THE MID 50S UNDER  
CLOUDY SKIES. SOME LIGHT RAIN IS POSSIBLE OVER THE BURN AREA, BUT  
WETTING RAINS ARE NOT EXPECTED. RAIN CHANCES WILL INCREASE  
AGAIN ON THURSDAY AS A SURGE OF MOISTURE MOVES IN FROM THE  
SOUTH.
