AT 830 PM MDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED  
STORMS OVER HIDALGO AND GRANT COUNTIES, WITH THE STRONGEST STORMS  
IN SOUTHERN HIDALGO COUNTY WHERE BETTER INSTABILITY EXISTS. STORMS  
WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN, WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH,  
AND BLOWING DUST. THUNDERSTORM DEVELOPMENT IS EXPECTED TO  
DECREASE OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS, HOWEVER STORMS CAN STILL DEVELOP
