AFTER THE HEAVY RAINFALL FROM LAST NIGHT AND TODAY, AREAS OF FOG  
HAVE STARTED TO DEVELOP FROM THE EL PASO AND SANTA TERESA AREA  
NORTHEAST THROUGH VADO, WHITE SANDS MISSILE RANGE AND ALAMOGORDO.  
VISIBILITIES WILL DROP BELOW A MILE ACROSS MOST OF THIS AREA FOR  
THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS WITH SOME AREAS FALLING TO A QUARTER MILE.  
USE CAUTION IF TRAVELLING THROUGH THE REGION AS THE DENSE FOG CAN  
DEVELOP QUICKLY. THE FOG SHOULD START TO LIFT DURING THE EARLY  
MORNING HOURS AS WINDS SHIFT MORE SOUTHERLY AND INCREASE TO 5 TO  
15 MPH.
