SLIGHTLY ELEVATED WAVE HEIGHTS ON THE GULF. A COLD FRONT WILL  
MOVE INTO THE AREA ON MONDAY SHIFTING WINDS TO NORTHEAST BY MONDAY  
NIGHT AND CREATING HAZARDOUS MARINE CONDITIONS THROUGH TUESDAY
