LAGUNA MADRE AND NEARSHORE COASTAL GULF WATERS....  
 
PATCHY TO AREAS OF FOG ARE EXPECTED ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE LAGUNA  
MADRE AND THE LOWER TEXAS COASTAL GULF WATERS OUT TO 20 NAUTICAL  
MILES OFFSHORE INTO THURSDAY MORNING. VISIBILITIES WILL GENERALLY  
RANGE BETWEEN 1 TO 3 NAUTICAL MILES BUT COULD AT TIMES FALL TO  
BELOW 1 NAUTICAL MILE.  
 
INEXPERIENCED MARINERS, ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER  
VESSELS, SHOULD USE CAUTION WHILE NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.  
VISIBILITIES MAY CHANGE DRAMATICALLY OVER SHORT DISTANCES. IF YOU  
MUST NAVIGATE, PROCEED WITH CAUTION. USE PROPER FOG SIGNALS. MAKE  
SURE ALL RUNNING LIGHTS ARE ON.
