* TORNADO WARNING FOR...  
NORTHWESTERN LEA COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN NEW MEXICO...  
 
* UNTIL 1245 AM MDT.  
 
* AT 1207 AM MDT, A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A  
TORNADO WAS LOCATED 11 MILES SOUTHEAST OF CAPROCK, OR 16 MILES WEST  
OF TATUM, MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH.  
 
HAZARD...TORNADO AND PING PONG BALL SIZE HAIL.  
 
SOURCE...RADAR INDICATED ROTATION.  
 
IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT  
SHELTER. MOBILE HOMES WILL BE DAMAGED OR DESTROYED.  
DAMAGE TO ROOFS, WINDOWS, AND VEHICLES WILL OCCUR. TREE  
DAMAGE IS LIKELY.  
 
* THIS TORNADIC THUNDERSTORM WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY RURAL AREAS OF  
NORTHWESTERN LEA COUNTY.

MOBILE HOME, OR IN A VEHICLE, MOVE TO THE CLOSEST SUBSTANTIAL SHELTER  
AND PROTECT YOURSELF FROM FLYING DEBRIS.
