BRAZOS RIVER AT RICHMOND AFFECTING FORT BEND COUNTY.  
 
FOR THE BRAZOS RIVER...INCLUDING US 59, SUGAR LAND, TX, WEST  
COLUMBIA, BRYAN, HEMPSTEAD, BELLVILLE, SAN FELIPE, RICHMOND,  
ROSHARON...MODERATE FLOODING IS FORECAST.  
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...  
 
TURN AROUND, DON'T DROWN WHEN ENCOUNTERING FLOODED ROADS. MOST FLOOD  
DEATHS OCCUR IN VEHICLES.  
 
PLEASE REPORT OBSERVED FLOODING TO LOCAL EMERGENCY SERVICES OR LAW

ESCAPES THE MAIN CHANNEL BELOW THE GAUGE. LIVESTOCK OPERATIONS  
NEAR THOMPSONS ARE AFFECTED AND PRECAUTIONS SHOULD BE TAKEN TO  
PROTECT CATTLE INCLUDING POTENTIAL RELOCATION IN LOW LYING AREAS.  
BAUDET ROAD SOUTHEAST OF RICHMOND AND REDBIRD LANE IN FULSHEAR ARE  
THREATENED.
