SOUTHEASTERN TOM GREEN COUNTY...  
 
AT 756 PM CDT, DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES THAT HEAVY RAIN OVER THE  
CENTRAL AND NORTHERN PARTS OF THE COUNTY, INCLUDING SAN ANGELO, HAS  
ENDED, AND SO THOSE AREAS HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THE WARNING. IN  
SOUTHERN TOM GREEN COUNTY, THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN  
CONTINUE AND RADAR ESTIMATES AROUND 3 INCHES OR MORE OF RAIN IN THE  
PAST 3 HOURS. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.  
 
SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...  
SAN ANGELO, CHRISTOVAL, KNICKERBOCKER, VANCOURT, TWIN BUTTES  
RESERVOIR, TANKERSLEY AND US-67 NEAR THE IRION-
