* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.  
 
* FLOOD STAGE IS 17.0 FEET.  
 
* FORECAST...THE CIMARRON RIVER WILL CONTINUE RISING AND CREST NEAR  
18.7 FEET MID TUESDAY MORNING. THE CIMARRON RIVER WILL FALL BELOW  
FLOOD STAGE EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING.  
 
* IMPACT...AT 19.0 FEET...PLACES ALONG THE CIMARRON RIVER VALLEY IN  
PAYNE COUNTY ARE COVERED BY FLOOD DEPTHS AVERAGING 2 FEET.  
AGRICULTURAL LANDS...OIL WELLS...AND WATER WELLS LOCATED NEAR THE  
RIVER BANKS ARE INUNDATED OR CUT OFF FOR SEVERAL HOURS...BY WATER
