LOW FROM THE NORTH. IN RESPONSE, BREEZY TO WINDY CONDITIONS ARE  
EXPECTED ACROSS MUCH OF SOUTHWEST NEW MEXICO DURING THE DAYTIME  
HOURS ON SUNDAY, WITH THE STRONGEST WINDS WEST OF THE RIO GRANDE.
