SITE TOMORROW INTO THURSDAY. PLAN ON 4 TO 8 INCHES OF SNOW  
ACCUMULATION DURING THAT PERIOD.  
 
BENIGN WEATHER IS EXPECTED FRIDAY AS THE STORM CLEARS THE STATE,  
THOUGH THE CLEARING INDEX WILL BE RESTRICTIVE DUE TO STABLE  
CONDITIONS. CONFIDENCE ON THE WEATHER PATTERN DECREASES BEGINNING
