SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP OVER  
MAINLY THE HIGHER TERRAIN OF SOUTHERN AND CENTRAL UTAH THIS AFTERNOON.  
THE STRONGEST STORMS AT 3:30 PM WERE LOCATED OVER EASTERN WASHINGTON  
AND WESTERN KANE COUNTIES. SOME OF THE STRONGER STORMS MAY PRODUCE  
LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN, SMALL HAIL, STRONG GUSTY WINDS AND DANGEROUS  
CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.
