AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE ACROSS ALABAMA THIS MORNING AND  
EVENTUALLY INTO THE SOUTHERN TENNESSEE VALLEY BY LATE MORNING. LIGHT  
RAINFALL AMOUNTS CAN BE EXPECTED GENERALLY LESS THAN ONE QUARTER OF  
AN INCH. OTHERWISE IT WILL BE A CLOUDY AND COOL DAY. PATCHY FOG WILL  
DEVELOP LATER TONIGHT AND COULD IMPACT TRAVEL CLOSER TO SUNRISE  
WEDNESDAY MORNING. HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD INTO THE REGION  
WEDNESDAY AND PERSIST THROUGH FRIDAY WITH SUNSHINE AND TEMPERATURES  
NEAR TO BELOW NORMAL.
