* WINDS...WEST 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 60 MPH.  
 
* TIMING...GUSTY SOUTHEAST WINDS SUNDAY MORNING WILL SHIFT TO  
THE SOUTHWEST AND BECOME VERY STRONG SUNDAY EVENING AND NIGHT,  
BEFORE SLOWLY DISSIPATING ON MONDAY.
