NORTHEASTERN ESSEX...SOUTHERN GRAND ISLE...NORTHERN CHITTENDEN AND  
SOUTHWESTERN FRANKLIN COUNTIES...  
 
AT 1144 AM EDT, A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED NEAR PORT KENT,  
MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.  
 
WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.  
 
LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...  
ESSEX JUNCTION, SOUTH BURLINGTON, BURLINGTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT,  
BURLINGTON, WINOOSKI, WESTFORD, COLCHESTER, ESSEX JUNCTION VILLAGE,  
SOUTH HERO, GEORGIA, PORT KENT, JERICHO, ESSEX, JERICHO VILLAGE,  
KEESEVILLE, GEORGIA CENTER, MILTON, UNDERHILL, WILLISTON AND FAIRFAX.  
 
TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS ALSO OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM, AND MAY CAUSE  
LOCALIZED FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED  
ROADWAYS.  
 
FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM.
