AN ACTIVE PATTERN SETS UP FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE WEEK AS DEEP  
LOW PRESSURE SYSTEMS MOVE INTO THE NORTHEAST PACIFIC. THE NEXT  
STRONG SYSTEM IMPACTS THE WATERS WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH  
THURSDAY MORNING. STRONGEST WIND WILL BE OVER THE OUTER WATERS,  
HOWEVER, A COASTAL JET WILL DEVELOP LATE THURSDAY AFTERNOON FOR  
A BRIEF PERIOD OF SOLID GALES AFFECTING THE INNER WATERS.  
ADDITIONAL STORMS ARE EXPECTED OVER THE WEEKEND INTO EARLY NEXT
