..A STATEMENT CONCERNING THE TREMPEALEAU RIVER AT DODGE
 
 
RECENT ICE FORMATION HAS CAUSED HIGHER WATER LEVELS ALONG THE  
TREMPEALEAU RIVER NEAR DODGE. HOWEVER, WATER LEVELS ARE EXPECTED TO  
REMAIN BELOW FLOOD STAGE AT THIS TIME.  
 
TREMPEALEAU RIVER AT DODGE...THE STAGE THIS EVENING WAS 7.10 FEET.  
FLOOD STAGE IS 9.0 FEET. THE RIVER IS FORECAST TO REACH 8.30 FEET  
SATURDAY, WHICH IS BELOW FLOOD STAGE. HOWEVER ICE ACTION MAY CAUSE  
WATER LEVELS TO FLUCTUATE AS MUCH AS 1 TO 2 FEET.
