MINNESOTA...NORTHEAST IOWA AND SOUTHWEST INTO CENTRAL WISCONSIN.  
   
DAY ONE
 
THROUGH TONIGHT  
 
ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE. LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN WILL BE  
THE PRIMARY HAZARD.  
 
ELEVATED WATER LEVELS WILL CONTINUE ON SOME AREA WATERWAYS WITH  
FLOODING ALONG SEVERAL RIVERS.  
   
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
 
SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY  
 
PERIODS OF THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED SATURDAY INTO SUNDAY. HEAVY  
RAIN WILL BE THE PRIMARY HAZARD, ALTHOUGH A FEW STORMS COULD  
PRODUCE HAIL OR STRONG WINDS. LOCALIZED FLOODING IS POSSIBLE,  
ESPECIALLY ACROSS NORTHEAST IOWA INTO SOUTHWEST WISCONSIN.
