WYOMING...SOUTH CENTRAL WYOMING AND SOUTHEAST WYOMING.  
   
DAY ONE
 
TODAY AND TONIGHT  
 
VERY COLD WIND CHILLS AS LOW AS 30 DEGREES BELOW ZERO WILL  
CONTINUE EARLY THIS MORNING ALONG AND WEST OF THE LARAMIE RANGE.  
STRONG WEST WINDS WITH GUSTS OF 50 TO 60 MPH WILL OCCUR THIS  
MORNING, ESPECIALLY NEAR ARLINGTON AND BORDEAUX. THE STRONG  
WINDS WILL CREATE AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW AND POOR VISIBILITY  
ALONG THE INTERSTATE 80 CORRIDOR BETWEEN CHEYENNE AND LARAMIE,  
AND ARLINGTON TO RAWLINS.  
   
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
 
THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY  
 
SNOW WILL INCREASE IN COVERAGE THURSDAY AFTERNOON AND LINGER  
THROUGH FRIDAY. ACCUMULATIONS WILL RANGE BETWEEN ONE AND THREE  
INCHES FOR THE VALLEYS, WITH UP TO A HALF FOOT ABOVE 9000 FEET.

VALLEY EARLY THIS MORNING. THE FOG MAY BE DENSE AT TIMES, WITH  
VISIBILITY LESS THAN A HALF MILE.
