SKIES WILL BE MOSTLY CLOUDY WITH SCATTERED TO  
NUMEROUS RAIN AND SNOW SHOWERS LATE THIS MORNING AND AFTERNOON.  
HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE MID 30S TO LOWER 40S. WEST TO  
NORTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO 15 TO 30 MPH THIS AFTERNOON  
ACROSS MUCH OF FAR WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA, WITH WEST TO SOUTHWEST  
WINDS OF 10 TO 20 MPH FARTHER TO THE EAST. WIND GUSTS OF 40 TO 50  
MPH ARE EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS THE NORTHWEST AND WEST  
CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA PLAINS. RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL STAY NEAR OR  
ABOVE 50 PERCENT ACROSS THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON.
