DANGER TODAY. THE HIGHEST WIND SPEEDS WILL BE OVER PARTS OF  
NORTHWESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA WHERE 50 TO 55 MPH WIND GUSTS ARE  
POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON.
