BRISK NORTH WINDS AND AREAS OF LIGHT SNOW WILL LINGER THROUGH THE  
MORNING BEFORE DECREASING THIS AFTERNOON. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL  
BE IN THE 20S TODAY AND FRIDAY. MINIMUM HUMIDITY WILL REMAIN ABOVE  
50 PERCENT FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS. WE ARE LOOKING FOR RECORD  
LOWS TONIGHT WITH LIGHT WINDS.  
 
THE NEXT WINTER STORM SYSTEM MOVES IN LATE FRIDAY AND CONTINUES  
THROUGH AT LEAST SATURDAY NIGHT. SEVERAL INCHES OF SNOW ARE  
POSSIBLE WITH EARLY ESTIMATES OF 6 TO 10 INCHES AT THE BURN SITE.  
SNOW RATES WILL BE HIGHEST LATE FRIDAY NIGHT INTO SATURDAY MORNING.  
RECORD COLD TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED WITH HIGHS IN THE  
TEENS AND LOWS IN THE SINGLE DIGITS.  
 
SUNDAY WILL CONTINUE COLD, BUT WE EXPECT A GRADUAL WARM UP INTO  
THE 30S AND 40S BY MIDWEEK WITH DRY CONDITIONS. MINIMUM HUMIDITY  
READINGS WILL RANGE FROM 40 TO 60 PERCENT NEXT WEEK. BT
