SOUTHWEST WINDS TO CONTINUE BEFORE SHIFTING SOUTH AFTER SUNRISE. THIS FRONT WILL  
DEVELOP SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS DURING THE AFTERNOON HOURS TODAY AFTER 1400.  
FRONT WILL THEN SHIFT BACK TO THE EAST WITH GUSTY SOUTHWEST WINDS REDEVELOPING  
OVER THE SOUTH LARAMIE RANGE.
