ACROSS MOST OF NORTHEAST TEXAS AND NORTHWEST LOUISIANA, ALONG AND  
SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 20. VISIBILITIES MAY FALL BELOW ONE QUARTER OF  
A MILE AT TIMES. MOTORISTS SHOULD LEAVE HEADLIGHTS ON LOW BEAM AND  
BE PREPARED TO SLOW DOWN FOR SUDDEN CHANGES IN VISIBILITIES,
