CENTRAL LOUISIANA. SOME COMMUNITIES THAT MAY BE AFFECTED TO  
INCLUDE PRESCOTT, BODCAW, BLUFF CITY, MAGNOLIA AND WALDO  
ARKANSAS, AND CULLEN, SAREPTA, COTTON VALLEY, PLAIN DEALING,  
SPRING HILL AND JENA LOUISIANA. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL RANGE
