NORTHWEST KANSAS AND EAST CENTRAL COLORADO.  
   
DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT
 
 
NORTHWEST WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 50 MPH ARE EXPECTED IN  
THE WAKE OF A COLD FRONTAL PASSAGE THIS MORNING THROUGH EARLY  
AFTERNOON. A FEW LOCATIONS MAY SEE SOME BLOWING DUST AND REDUCED  
VISIBILITIES.  
 
NEAR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED GENERALLY ALONG  
AND WEST OF THE COLORADO KANSAS BORDER AFTER NOON MDT.  
 
LOW TEMPERATURES WILL DROP TO AT OR JUST BELOW FREEZING IN NORTHWEST  
KANSAS AND SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT.  
   
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
 
 
LOW TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN NEAR FREEZING IN NORTHWEST KANSAS AND  
SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA THROUGH MID SUNDAY MORNING.  
 
A POTENTIAL WIDESPREAD HARD FREEZE IS POSSIBLE ACROSS THE REGION  
THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY NIGHT.
