PORTIONS OF FAR SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS.  
ROADWAYS, ESPECIALLY SIDE STREETS AND NEIGHBORHOODS, LIKELY  
REMAIN SNOW PACKED ACROSS MUCH OF THE REGION AND TRAVEL  
CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE TO BE IMPACTED.  
 
ADDITIONALLY, THE EXTENDED DURATION OF VERY COLD TEMPERATURES HAS  
RESULTED IN UNUSUAL DEMAND ON THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM ACROSS THE  
REGION AND ROLLING BLACKOUTS REMAIN POSSIBLE. YOU ARE ENCOURAGED
