NORTHWEST KANSAS AND EAST CENTRAL COLORADO.  
   
DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT
 
 
FOG IS POSSIBLE AROUND SUNRISE, MAINLY EAST OF THE COLORADO AND  
KANSAS STATE LINE. FOG MAY REDUCE VISIBILITY TO A HALF OF A MILE OR  
LESS AT TIMES. IF TRAVELING IN THE EARLY MORNING HOURS, BE PREPARED  
FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF FOG.  
 
A FEW THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND INTO THE  
EARLY EVENING HOURS, MAINLY EAST OF HIGHWAY 83 AND NORTH OF I-70.  
CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING WOULD BE THE MAIN THREAT.
